Food: We would like Coffee and hot water and cold water for 10 Bagels, fruit, oatmeal packs and yogurt.
Tech: laptop, Projector, Screen, a couple extra mice and 4 power strips and connectors.
Maintenance: We need 7 of the 6 foot tables with tableclothes set up to look like a large table with 10 chairs around it.
